Please note that we currently operate this business alongside full-time jobs. As a result, order processing and fulfillment times may vary, and there may be instances where orders take longer than expected to complete. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward making Customs by Angela our full-time endeavor.

2. Placing an Order

2.1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Customs by Angela. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or issues with payment.
2.2. Order Details: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including customization details, shipping address, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
2.3. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final once production begins. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
3.2. Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
3.3. Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, duties, or fees associated with your order.

4. Production and Fulfillment Times
4.1. Processing Times: As we currently manage Customs by Angela alongside full-time jobs, order processing and production times may vary. Estimated processing times will be provided at the time of purchase, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. Communication: We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays or changes to your order’s estimated completion time. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
4.3. Rush Orders: If you require expedited processing, please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and any additional fees.5. Shipping

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All designs, logos, and content created by Customs by Angela are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without express written permission.
8.2. If you provide custom designs or artwork, you represent that you have the legal right to use and reproduce such materials. We are not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided designs.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customs by Angela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
